  • Information from other sources:
We may receive information about you from event partners, co-hosts, referral partners, public professional sources such as LinkedIn, and service providers who help us run events and marketing.

For ASCEND and similar events, we may share attendee names, companies, and titles with co-hosts, sponsors, or speakers when you register, and we will tell you when this applies. You can ask us not to share your details with sponsors.

In any other case where you direct or permit us to share.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand the effectiveness of our marketing. These may include analytics tools such as Google Analytics and advertising or social media pixels such as those from LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some Site features may not work properly. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and you can adjust ad preferences in your social media account settings.

Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. Where required by law, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

Email, Text, and Phone Communications

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us. We will still send transactional messages about programs you have purchased or registered for.

If you agree to receive text messages, message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.

Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain our business records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and PCI-compliant payment providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you and request a copy
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, profiling, or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under applicable state law
  • Appeal our decision if we deny your request

Residents of California, Tennessee, and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email us at [privacy email] or call 615.369.0618. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and we may ask for proof of that authorization.
